• You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, saved canvases, and other content submitted through your account.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or security-hostile activity.
• We may limit, suspend, or remove access to protect the service, users, providers, or billing systems.

Generated Content

You may use generated outputs subject to these terms and the rules of the providers used to create them. You are responsible for checking whether an output is suitable for your intended use, including any intellectual-property, commercial, or platform requirements.

Credits, Upgrades, and Payments

• Tokens and upgrades are used inside pixelart.to and do not represent cash or stored monetary value.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, currencies, and available packs may change over time.
• Unless required by law, completed token purchases and upgrades are non-refundable after credits or access are delivered.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, pause, or discontinue features, and provider availability can affect generation quality, latency, and supported capabilities.

Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
