pixelart.to helps users create, edit, save, and purchase credits for pixel art assets. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us.
Data Controller
pixelart.to is operated by unitcubed, KVK 42049745. unitcubed is the data controller for account, billing, generated-content, and operational data processed by the service.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, Firebase user id, and sign-in timestamps.
- Generated and edited content, including prompts, canvases, image outputs, saved editor state, and asset metadata.
- Billing records needed to process token purchases and upgrades through Stripe.
- Operational logs, token ledger entries, provider cost records, and abuse-prevention data.
- Analytics events when analytics are enabled, such as prompt submissions and checkout starts.
How We Use Information
- To provide the app, keep canvases available, and maintain account balances.
- To process purchases, prevent fraud, and reconcile Stripe webhook events.
- To debug failures, monitor usage, control provider costs, and protect service reliability.
- To understand product usage at an aggregate level when analytics are enabled.
Service Providers
We rely on providers including Firebase for authentication, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for image generation, hosting infrastructure, and optional analytics tooling. These providers process data only as needed to support the service.
Retention
We keep account, billing, and generated-content records while your account is active or as needed for security, accounting, backups, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Backups are retained on a limited schedule.
